I'm on D2H2008 403 and Office 2007, using word docs (not docx) only.

Whenever I try to open a topic from within D2H, it causes D2H to crash. It doesn't matter whether the document containing the topic was already open or not. I've tried every way I can think of to open the topics - listed below:

• Right click and select Open Topic
• Highlight the topic and click on the Open button in the Editor Ribbon Group
• Double click on the topic

The document opens (although always at the beginning, not the topic) and then D2H crashes with the error report I've attached to this post. The word document stays open and appears to be fine.

This was happening in build 399. I've upgraded to 403 today and the problem is still there for all of my projects.

My colleagues (who are on 399, Office 2007) don't have this problem, although they report that if the document isn't already open when they open a topic then the document opens at the beginning rather than at the topic. It is also very slow.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Thanks Andrew - I'll do that now.

For anyone else with this problem, Andrew & C1 Support have been investigating but in the meantime I seem (fingers crossed!) to have solved it by completely uninstalling and re-installing Office 2007.
