I have a HTML project that is created using a Word 2007 document where only two of my several "Heading 2" styles will appear in my contents; however when I go to the style properties within D2H they are set as follows:

Contents Only - False, Hidden - False, Nonscrolling - True, OnlineOnly - False, Popup - False, Replacement - (Empty), SuppressEmptyTopics - False, Untitled - False, Window - main.

One of the topics that will not display falls between the two that do display. The rest appear after the second topic that does display.

Here is another suggestion than the one John provided:

Have a look at the contents view of the project. If it has Contents - customized and you want to return to automatically built contents you simply click Rebuild Automatic Contents from the file menu. Cursor must be in the contents frame to have this function enabled.

Only if contents view shows Content (built automatically from topics) you will get your heading into the contents automatically.
