c1sizerppg.dll required for c1sizer.ocx to prevent offsets?

A customer has reported peculiar offsets with some of the controls managed by the c1sizer control in our application.  Using Remote Assistance in WindowsXP, we have been able to verify the peculiar layout of the controls.  Oblivious as to what it might be, I am wondering if c1sizerppg.dll is required to be distributed with c1sizer.ocx in order for the sizer control to work properly.

If not, I am wondering if you might be able to provide some suggestions as to what could be causing this peculiar layout.  Specifically, the splitters do not work at all.  Instead of the usual 1/8" distance between controls separated by the splitter there is now a gap of about 3/8 to 1/2 an inch between controls. At times, some of the controls on the screen will stretch past the edge of the form.  In some instances minimizing the form and then restoring will proportion the controls but they still extend past the boundaries of the form.

Our development environment is VB6 SP6.  The version of the c1sizer.ocx we are using is 8, 0, 20051, 34.  Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated.  At the very least, please let me know if the c1sizerppg.dll is required to be distributed with the c1sizer.ocx.  Thank you.

    Sincerely,

Yes, c1sizerppg.dll should be distributed as well.
What happens after you distribute this file also?

Re: c1sizerppg.dll required for c1sizer.ocx to prevent offsets?

After having the user save the c1sizerppg.dll to their system directory, I had then run regsvr32 to register the component.  Then they started my application and reported the same problem.

Are you absolutely sure the c1sizerppg.dll needs to be distributed?  I have lots of users, none who have ever reported this problem and they can't all possibly have c1sizerppg.dll installed on their machines.  When I mouse of the dll the tooltip states, "C1Sizer Property Pages".  How could the property pages be of any value to my users if they don't set the properties?  I will also mention that ComponentOne provides a cab for distribution and that cab does not have the c1sizerppg.dll in it.  Why would C1 provide a cab and not include required distributables?

In any case, I am still in the lurch.  I used the DockingPane control from CodeJock to mollify the problem on some of the forms and that worked beautifully.  The downside is I don't want to replace every instance of the sizer control with controls from CodeJock because I have used the sizer control extensively throughout my application.  As a component vendor, I am sure C1 does not want to take a back seat to it's competitor.  Do you have any more suggestions on how I can fix this problem?
