I am using True DBGrid.ExportToRTF but I get Error Message:

System.NullReferenceException was unhandled
  Message="Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
  Source="C1.Win.C1TrueDBGrid.2"
 

fragment code:

c1TrueDBGridVysledky.ExportToRTF(subor);

I don't understand why, because e few minute ago this was correct and I get that file

Hello Robert,

In regards to your query I would like to mention that I tried to reproduce
the said behavior using C1TrueDBGrid for .Net build 2.0.20073.61130 but
unfortunately, was not able to reproduce the said behavior. I have attached
a sample which gives expected results. Please let me know which version of
C1TrueDBGrid you are using or if possible please provide me with the sample
which can replicate the issue.

Hello John, I tried your example and it worked fine. So I created new True DBGrid and it worked. I don’t understand why first one isn’t working and second is working. Then I set caption on all columns and I get error. I read captions from table on SQL Server. Sometimes I get NULL value for caption. Grid is showing correct without name of column but when I want to export to RTF I get error. Now I test value for NULL and change value to “”.Now all is fine. Thank you for your example.
