Documentation states that there is an event fired before tooltip that allows you to chage or format the text.  This does not actually happen/event is not shown in VS2008.  Can you make this event visible please?

This event has been added in build 2.0.20072.46. Make sure that you have this or later
version.
I've just checked that in VS 2005 and VS 2008. All events are visible in both studios.
Look for BeforeAppointmentTooltipShow (UI category on events tab).

Oops, I have 2.0.20072.45  just one build short. thanks for clearing this up, I thought I had the latest build because I run the component one update utility once a week to check.  I will attempt to get this build.

 BTW, this compoenet works great for my customers application. They do granite kitchens and baths. They have many steps in moving from prospect to finished job. I made a program so that they can view shop work schedules on a 42inch lcd touch screen using your schedule compoenent. The only problem was that I could not properly format the tool tip to show the information they way I wanted to show it. If this build will allow me to intercept the event, this can totally be taken care of.

 I totaly check this and you are correct, the current build has my event and now I can control the display.  Thanks!

 

However, my project indicated that I was using the older build and I noticed that I had copy local as true. Should I turn copy local false so that I ensure that when I update my component one, which was updated becasue the comp one dir had the latest and greatest, I am also updating all of my projects?
