  • d2h 2007, genarating html-help builds (not wanted indentations)

    in my document i use margin notes at some places. on the right side of these notes there is text or bitmaps. these secction are folowed by normal text. generation of the printed manual works fine, all text located to the left side. but in the online html-help the text and bitmaps beside the margin notes...
