Font faces and sizes problem

Font faces and sizes problem

I have a simple project. When I pass the MS-Word 2007 document thru Doc-To-Help (not sure what build, just downloaded it though), font faces and sizes are not consistent with the MS-Word styles. I've attached a screen capture to illustrate. All fonts in the image should be the same as in the first sentence. Can someone explain the source of this problem, and suggest a solution? Thanks!

Hi,

We can see that styles dropped to a style which looks like Times New Roman. I would like to know which text you have used in the first line that changed to Times New Roman.

Also I would request you lo let me know that you created your own styles for the text in word source document or have you created the styles in the source template.
