In order to resolve this issue please follow the steps mentioned below, as sometime we do not follow the proper procedure to add topics in help file:

1. Open the word source document and add the topics to the document.

2. Save and close the word document.

3. Open the Doc-To-Help and rebuilt the project.

4. Click on the Content Button in the left pane of Doc-To-Help and in the middle pane you will see the customized toc.

I am not getting the own customized TOC in my project while building the HTML help file. Please help.  Lee.
