Text Formatting Not Carying Over

I am using the latest version of Doc-To-Help. I create the content in Word and publish my project to NetHelp.

Some text formatting is not carying over to the built project. Specifically BOLD "body text". Strangely enough if I bold body text and give it a border - that formatting does cary over as do italics. Bold is the only format that is not carying over.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

It seems there are some formatting issues going on at your side. I tried the same at my side and could not replicate the scenario you mentioned.

You mentioned that you are using the latest version of Doc-To-Help, please let me know the complete version that you are using. If you are using any other version except for 2008.1.0.408 (Build 408 is the latest build of Doc-To-Help as of now), please get this version from the below mentioned link:

http://d2hftp.componentone.com/DocToHelp2008-Build408-Setup.exe
