I go to WebSite menu -> Add Reference... and i add ComponentOne C1WebChart and ComponentOne C1Chart and i get the same mistake. What else do i have do to? How can i verify that both have the version number? I've been working with almost all c1 web controls and the webchart is the only one with this problem.

I'm working with version 2.0.20081.18045

Check the version for the C1WebChart and C1Chart dlls at the location from where you are refrencing them in your App. also delete any reference of the dlls from the GAC. Rebuild the Solution. Make sure there is no old version in the web.config file in your App and also in the source page.
