What's the difference between DataExtender and DataObject on earth???

I have been using DataObject for a long time in .net 1.1.

Now i saw there is a another similar product: DataExtender, and I read the feature list of  it, but i don't understand the difference between DataExtender and DataObject clearly yet. Is DataExtender the replacement of DataObject if i update my project to .net 2.0???

Hi,
DataExtender is an extension of Microsoft data framework. It's the future. This library uses Microsoft data-objects to implement some addictional functionalities and make a bridge with C1 controls (i.e. TrueDBGrid). It still needs some improvements and bug-fixes. It is more user-friendly.

DataObject is more stable. I don't like it because it brings too much complexity and it is not user-friendly.
It's very far from Microsoft data architecture. It allows 3-tiers architecture. It's the past.

You can choose the one you prefer in .NET 2 framework.
