Dear all,
i have been using trial version of ComponentOne Charts for Mobile Devices for VS2005, i observed a weired behavouir while usage
Say we have a base control(BaseUserControl) and a child control (DerievedControl) derieved from BaseUserControl, now while desiging chld contorl i used C1 Chart , when i try to save the files thru VS2005 , a msg box appears saying that property generation for property "SupportInfo" failed. and VS2005 fails to save the childControl files.
This behavoir is observed only when we use chart on inherited user control
when used on simple user control , directly derieved form windows.forms.usercontrol. ,then charts work fine.but in case of inherited user control it is causing problem
plz reply as soon as possible
regards
faraz

Faraz,
Could you please provide a sample project or steps for reproducing the

I m using VS2005 Developer Edition,
and downloaded a trial for Mobile Charts
unfortunately i cant send the project file , cuz the msg appears while saving the file, and after that nothing gets saved:)
here are the steps to reproduce
1) Create a base user control BASE,
2) Create a inherited user control from BASE , CHILD,
3) Drag and drop C1 mobile chart on CHILD
4) Click Save All Files in toolbar ,
Msg box will appear ,

I've tested it on my system, all works without errors.
Please try to use the recent version, perhaps the problem
was already fixed.
