I thought that in Active .08 / pdf's automatically saved the fonts inside the PDF.

I have a client that just faxed me sixteen pages of examples of where her fonts did not save off in the PDF.
What am I missing..????  Could it be something specific to their computer and/or is the assumption about the auto-saving of fonts in the PDF for version .08 - not valid???

Any suggestions, besides unplugging my fax machine, would be welcomed.
