C1 Community

Good day. I have in my system 2007.T3 components. Yesterday I have renew my subscription, download the components 2008 T1, install and register the new SN in the c1 web site.

1) In the GAC I have the 2007 T3 release, but I have installed the 2008 T1 release. Why ?

2) I put the grid in my forms, the about box show me the version 2.0.20073.61130, but I have installed 2008 T1 ! Well, now I try to licence my new product, pressing the 'Licence' button. I insert the new SN the I have registered in the web site, but, a messagebox show me 'The specified serial number is not valid' ...

3) At this point, I try to use C1Live utility. When I press the update button, a form say me that I can't install the 2.0.20081 version but only the last licenced component.

Someone can explain me what's happen ?

Hi,

1. The 2008v1 release was focused on WPF so the .NET 2.x controls were the same as those released in 2007v3.

2. The serial # that you have should work if you just enter the first 17 characters

3. Once you have entered your new serial #, the C1 Live Update utility should detect newer versions that are valid for your license, and show them to you.
