Build 2.0.20082.93 of C1Ribbon has been posted to

This is an untested maintenance release. The users who reported
problems can check the fixes, but we don't recommend others to
download untested builds.
Build 93 fixes one issue that was introduced in the previous build (92)
and prevented using the standard MenuStrip on the C1RibbonForm.
