In xml i have defined some fields says employeename , employee description, employee details

these data is comming from database so i cannot measure exact height and width etc....

so how to define those fields in xml .

depending on first employeename height and width i need to declare employee description in the same way depending on employee description

i need to display employee details etc.....

can u please assist me as soon as possible

I think you can set the CanGrow property of the Labels to true and also set the Height and width property of the Labels to TRUE. Please clarify IF I am wrong.
