Thanks for the sample. You're right, it doesn't work well with build 95.
But I see no probems with build 96. Are you sure you updated the project
references when tried build 96?

Humm... yes, 96 now works for me, too.  I must have messed up the copy/register/references somehow.  Sorry about that.  I'm "good to go" and thank you VERY MUCH for fixing this.

Sorry to bring this thread up again but i am having a similar issue under Windows XP (didnt verify Vista)

 When maximizing an MDI Child there is a small line apperaing between the application workspace and the ribbon.

It appears to me this is the standard titlebar of the window.

The Problem is on this titlebar there are still buttons for maximize and close etc. Note that even a tooltip is shown for the minimize button

Though I was unable to reproduce the issue with previous builds under
Windows XP. If the problem still exists with build 100, could you please
give me a small sample that shows the issue?

Hi,

 Build 100 didnt fix the issue. I attached a sample. Further investigation showed this bug only occurs when mdi child window is C1RibbonForm. To build the sample please add a copy of Ribbon dll to the project's root folder.

Hi,

I tested your sample under various conditions (windows styles, default font sizes)
on Windows XP. I have also tested it under Vista and Windows Server 2003.
Still not able to reproduce this bug...

Are there any non-standard display settings on your machine?

I don't have this problem, but I'm experiencing following:

When I want to maximize ribbon mdi child and when i click on maximize box everything is fine (form gets maximized and looks normal), but when i double click on title bar on ribbon mdi child form, my form gets maximized but colors change and form looks different.

Hi, i tested my application on my client's infrastructure and the bug is not occuring there. I tested it on my notebook with default vista sets and it works fine there too. On my XP devekopment machine im using a mac os x skin because of the smaller title bar (=> more space on desktop). Either that or my resolution of 1650x1080 are responsible for the bug. Thanks for the hint with the skin.

It works fine now.
