Our company is looking to purchase a PDF package.  In general we are building reports containing tables, charts, images and text ...and would like to output to PDF.  Our tables and charts are expressed as metafiles, and so far most of our EMF files have worked ok by using ComponentOne PDF. 

 The only issue I seem to have is that our Pie Charts (as EMF) don't seem to draw properly. I am assuming a certain GDI command in the Pie chart metafile is not supported properly.

If you view my attachments you will see the metafile looks nice in Word (like a Pie chart that is), and after exported with component-one it looks like a big block of color, with circular outlines.

Any idea when this might be supported?  We would like to purchase, but this holds us back.

It's a limitation of the PDF component. See my posts in late of 2007. Here was the response:

The problem you describe is due to a limitation in c1Pdf. It only clips
rectangular areas, not complex shapes like the ones used to generate the
charts you used.

The easy workaround would be to convert the charts into bitmaps before
rendering them into the pdf.
