We installed your evaluation version of DemoWorks2007.

Here my questions:

1. Which version ist the latest version of DemoWorks2007? I downloaded to data files: DemoWorks2007_1.0.3 and DemoWorks2007_1.0.5?

2. After installation (version 1.0.3 or 1.0.5) I've got this error message: "Can't get reference to XML parser, Ensure that msxml.dll is installed." I have checked it and the data file is installed. But I could open DemoWorks2007. But after closing and a attempt to open the program didn't start and I get the same error message on my screen.

 I don't have any solution, but I guess that it would be helpful if you could give details about your environment: operating system, Servics packs installed.

here my environment:

Windows XP Service Pack 2  (Version 20040803.231317)

MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB927978, Version 4.20.9841.0)

MSXML 6.0 Parser [deutsch (deutschland)] (Version 6.00.3883.15)

I hope that gives you a lead for solution.

Hi Annett,

This was an error we had previously seen with Windows 2000 and older versions of DemoWorks (by the way, 1.0.5 is the most recent version, to answer your earlier question) but I have not seen it with the current version. I will check with the developers and get back to you shortly.

Hi Annett,

 I have not been able to reproduce this error so far, and our developers haven't been able to recreate it either. They recommend reinstalling MSXML, or repairing it from the Add/Remove Programs section of your control panel.
