    where do I get a german (or even better swiss) dictionary?

    Hi tosch,

    By default, the included dictionaries are:

    ·      c1sp_ae.dct (American English)

    ·      c1sp_aec.dct (American English - compact)

    ·      c1sp_be.dct (British English)

    ·      c1sp_bec.dct (British English - compact)

    ·      c1sp_es.dct (Spanish)

    ·      c1sp_nl.dct (Dutch)

    However, you can import any text file to create a custom dictionary file. Here are some instructions for doing this:

    I have built a german dictionary with the  Dictionary utility.

    In my application I use the new dictionary: c1Spell1.MainDictFile = "C1sp_de.dct"

    When I the do a 'c1Spell1.CheckControl(txtspell)' I get the following error. Any idea what the problem is????

    Hi,
     
    Can you please provide me with with the German dictionary file that you are using and also some words to test out? Since I don't have a German dictionary on my side, I have not been able to test the same.

    The latest build (16) includes a Swiss-German dictionary. Thanks for suggesting this addition.
